The international food fair was held by the form two students in Methodist college on the 7th of December, 2007. They sold the food from different country to donate money for the charity.
The food fair was held in the lower hall of the college. Many teachers and students were invited. All of them like the food fair and they thought the form two students have done a good job. The students hope the college will have the food fair next year.

International food fair

I like this food fair because I learnt many things from it. I learnt how to forgive others and how to respect others. At the beginning, we had some argue with the others group. it is awful but finally we solved the problem. I felt a little bit happy about that because I think I can control myself. I didn't shout or cry. I only think about how to set up the things because our place is near the stage in the meddle of the lower hall.
I enjoyed to sell the food to the f.1 students. If they buy the food, I feel very satisfied. I love to do this kinds of jobs.
I had an unforgettable experience from the food fair. We have done many preparation and I like cooking most. The food that we sold were cooked by ourselves. We have tried for it many times. I will not forget it.

Homework 30/11/07

Germany have many traditional food such as sausages(Weisswurst), beer, potatoes salad, onion pies and pettitoes (pig's trotters).

They use sausages to make many great food ,for example hotdogs and hamburgers.

German always eat bread with jams as their breakfast. They like drinking milk and coffee in the morning. They drink beer in the morning rarely.

German chocolate cake is a famous dish but it is an American creation. Although I don't like eating chocolate, I am interested of this cake.

Besides, they have a funny festival call beer festival( Oktoberfest )since 1810. They will dance and play and eat and drink at a centre call Theresienwiese. There have many recreational facilities and so they can have a enjoyable time there.

Homework 23/11/07

This time, my group write an article and make a film for the restaurant review. Most of my group members want to make a film but we are afraid that we can't show it to the class and only Jeromy knows how to cut the film, so I write the article with Janet.
We choose to eat Korean food because Mia and Janet like eating Korean food too. We have fun in making the film. Although at last we didn't show the film to the class because we think the article was done better. Maybe Jeromy felt a bit dissapointed because we don't let him show his job.
Compare with last time, I think we do it better. All of my group members were alloted a job to do such as writing the script or article, cutting the film, taking the video and photos, finding the imformation of the restaurant. We work harder this time.
I learn more adjective to describe the dish like fresh and crispy. I think they are useful.
I want to learn how to cut the film next time because I want to try somethings new.Besides, I think I need to improve my English grammar because I always make some grammatical mistakes. Luckily my group members remind me to correct them. Also I think we need to improve our time-management because we finish the work at the last day before hand in.

2R Computer Literacy Assignment -19/11/07

What did I learn today in computer literacy?
I learnt the meaning of '' checking our works''. Also, I knew that my quiz's result was very poor and I learnt that we need to check our work after finished.

What could we have done better in this module?
Wr should check our work carefully after finished. Besides, we need to be more hard-working and do more revision.

Homework 08/11/07

I have learned how to cooperate with my group members in making an advertisement for the food fair.I think cooperation is so important because I can't do this project myself and I need my members' help.
Besides,I have learned how to make cookies in the preparation of the food fair.I like this part very much and I think cooking is funny and interesting.
However,I dislike to do filming because I think it is very difficult and I am not good at making it on computer. Luckily, my group members help me to cut the film.
I think we wrote the script and drew the storybroad successfully but we couldn't show the video to the class.I felt sorry about this and I think we can write the script more complete.

My commentary of Fussy Eaters

After I read this summary about kids who are picky (fussy) eaters,I think we need to attach importance to the seriousness of fussy eaters because a good eating habit is very important to our health.It will influence the proper growth of a child.
To solve this problem,I think the parents of the child need to be the model of good eating habit. They must not be the fussy eaters and they need to try to cook any kinds of food to their child includes the food that they don't like.Therefore the child can have chance to eat different kinds of food.Besides,they need to cook the food more delicious so the child will be more gladder to eat the food.
I think the children shouldn't be the picky eaters but I think I am a picky eater.I don't like eat chocolates and cheese because I don't like the taste of them.After I eat chocolate and cheese, I will feel sick and uncomfortable.

A wonder in Hong Kong

If I had to choose something or some place in Hong Kong to be the ninth wonder of the world, it would be the Peak.

The Peak is very famous in Hong Kong.We can see many traveller there too.There is a good place to watch the beautiful view of surrounding city skyline, the world-famous Victoria Harbour and Kowloon at night.You will be amazed by the spectacular view absolutely.

Besides,the peak tram is the important thing that you can't miss.It is the eldest transports in Hong Kong that pulled by steel cables. Actually I think the Peak Tram is not moving so fast but I still feel excited because it is steep and all the things you passed are leaning. It will be an unforgettable experience for you.

I have chosen this place to be the ninth wonder because it has many interesting and unique things there. Also the Peak is typical of Hong Kong.
